In his opening keynote, Gordon will give a brief review of 2018, a year most retailers will be glad to put behind them, with a tentative and hopeful look towards 2019. 

Gordon has spent his whole career in retail and has held ‘C’ level positions at a number of high profile retailers including TK Maxx, Debenhams and LC Waikiki. He returned to the UK 3 years ago and since then has provided consultancy services to a number of retail organisations.
