Retail Consultant (www.markmadeisky.com) 

Mark has held multiple executive positions in retail and media in South Africa, Canada and the US. He focuses on helping retailers to optimise the customer experience through line of sight provided by implementing Technology-based tools. The by-product being the elimination of wastage of time and resources and an improved revenue and profitability. He consults to TFG on the above approach.
